eOneNet is now in Doha, Qatar, the Middle East country who will organise the 2022 World Cup, particating in the Qatar Project Expo from 30 April to 3 May, 2012. About 50 companies from Malaysia, including eOneNet have been selected to join the Malaysia Pavillion organised by MATRADE.

eOneNet is the only company Malaysia and probably in the whole Expo to offer eCommerce and Doha Internet marketing products and services.

As Qatar is going to host the 2022 World Cup, I can see many new buildings are being built all around, in addition to some of the unique shaped tall buildings which are eye-catching, such as the Torch.

eOneNet, the leading Asia Internet marketing company in Malaysia, Hong Kong and China, has filed a Writ of Summons in court against its ex-student Linda Lee Chye Yen for breach of agreement and copyrights, who after attending eOneNet’s Internet marketing coaching program, has started to teach Internet marketing programs under her company eBiz Solution Network Malaysia similar to eOneNet’s Internet marketing coaching program.

eOneNet is the proprietor and copyright owner of all the copyright works produced by them since the first Internet marketing course conducted in Malaysia in 2003 and has reserved all the copyrights in the materials, whether in any format given to all the students and participants of the course.

Further, under the coaching registration agreement, all the students undertook not to teach, share and in anyway disclose our materials whether for remuneration or not, and can only use the materials for their own business.

In breach of the said agreement, the Defendants started to run and promote Internet marketing coaching courses with contents similar to eOneNet’s Internet marketing coaching courses. Further, they have also breached eOneNet’s copyright in placing advertisements in newspaper similar to eOneNet’s Marketing materials and course information.

“We take a serious view our copyrights and will take necessary legal action against those who blatantly breached our copyright and their undertaking not to teach or disclose our course materials,” said Harrace Lau, the Chief Consultant of eOneNet.com.

This writ was filed in court after eOneNet sent a letter of demand to the Defendants but met with no reply. eOneNet is seeking damages against the Defendants.
