9cm salmon sushi?
This was the main attraction of a small Japanese dining café located in the building next to Seiyu (near the cinemas billboards) in Langham Shopping Mall in Mongkok, Hong Kong. I was attracted to see this long salmon sushi and followed the waitress as she guided me upstairs.
What did I order? Of course the 9cm length salmon sushi (if raw fish comes with a small cube of rice below it, that’s sushi, otherwise we’ll call it sashimi for just the raw fish slices only).
Then my main course was sashimi with rice, so they had various raw fish ranging from tuna, to the prawns (ebi). It’s a quite little café, and trust me, it’ll take you ages to wait for a lunch seat in Mongkok during weekends.

The food don’t look too bad, and the atmosphere is just good for people interested in having chats with friends.
