Snakes, exotic food in Shenzhen, China?
I was walking past along Jia Bin Lu, and came across this shop that was serving seafood, and many other exotic dishes.
The first image is one of the restaurant waiter untangling Snakes kept in cages. During colder weather, many Chinese like to have snake soup, which is rumoured to keep the body warm. How does it taste like? Some say it taste like chicken.
The other image is a type of turtle like animal called “shui yu”, sounds like water fish. When you call a person “shui yu”, it means it’s someone that you can easily take advantage off because they are more naive in nature.
For me, i don’t have the guts to eat both these items, so i just headed to another restaurant for dinner.
