Life of rich and famous in Hong Kong?
Have you imagined how bilionaire tycoons spend their day? The other day, when i was taking the lift to my HK office in Sheung Wan, i met Stanley Ho, the owner of the popular Lisboa casino in Macau and many more businesses.
With his suit, and group of body guards, he took the lift to his office upstairs. In person, he looks just like a regular person, but it’s nice to see that even multi-billionaires have the commitment to oversee the progress of his businesses. On Nov 25th, he turned 85 years old and he still looks energetic. If you pass by the Shun Tak Center, you can normally find his car HK1 parked downstairs.
I remembered what it was like to have a personal body guard, which i had when i was in Pakistan. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of privacy and freedom.
Now i’m just glad that i already have an office 2 storeys below one of the richest person in Asia, Mr. Stanley Ho.
