Maritime Square Mall @ Tsing Yi, Hong Kong
The Maritime Square Mall at Tsing Yi station can be accessed via the Tung Chung subway line or the Airport Express rail.
There are many selections of dining and shopping choices. I visited this shopping mall about 3 weeks ago on my way back to the airport.
See how delighted i get when it’s “food time”. One of my favourite past time is having Dim Sum or in Hong Kong, what they call as “yum cha” - meaning enjoying tea.
I choose to have lunch at the Federal Palace restaurant on Level 3. They have several outlets such as one at the Lower Ground of Shun Tak Center.
Here’s some snapshots of what i ordered:-
Dubai Fried Rice
Roasted pork (char siew) and roast goose (siew ngor). Roast meat variety platter like this is popular in Hong Kong.
I even had boiled soup made up of dried seafood like scallops and a variety of chinese herbs. Along with these chinese dishes, i had a few servings of dim sum like har kow (shrimp dumpling) and char siew bau (roasted pork steamed bun).
