Breach of Copyright for my “Yumiko t-back video” Posting

Posted by Harrace

After I posted the Yumiko t-back video article  on 12 December, I discovered a no. of things happened, surprisingly.

No.1, some shameless guy has copied the majority of the contents of my postings in his blog, including the reference to Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction, and my question “So do you think (this incident) is an intentional publicity stunt or merely an accident? ”

I am not going to reveal the blog url here as this will give him traffic. Suffice to say this is another website from a Malaysian. But I will send him a letter of demand for breach of my copyright. I take this matter very seriously.

In fact, we are now taking action against a renowned seminar organiser in Malaysia for breach of copyright in copying our website contents, in our Internet marketing seminars pages, in their newspaper ads, fax, and marketing materials when promoting an Internet marketing conference that has been held in many countries.

A number of times some other websites have also shamelessly copied our articles. This shows that plagiarism is a very serious issue in the online world. It also shows that the copycats are either too lazy to write, or our articles are very popular.

      Hi,

I fully support that someone has to stand up and pursue these internet copycats. I’m starting my website now and i too would not want any other websites to use my contents without my approval.

I can imagine how furious i will get if someone were to take my copywriting and pull it off as their original work.

I’ll be checking through your internet marketing blog and hope to see positive news on the outcome.

      Cheers

      Hi Fione,

it’s the same here, someone copied the way i sell in ebay, info, desc, pricing, sob…

    5. Fione Tan Says:

      Hi Jenny,

If they are selling a similar merchandise, copying your ready made contents will seem like the ideal shortcut. Therefore, if you are using your own images, do try to add in watermark as well so that if they wanted to use the same image then they would have to do editing to the image, rather than just as simple as right click and save.

However, customers are going to be looking at value-added sellers, so if you can just add in more valueable points to your contents and get an eBay store as well, then customers will be able to see the difference. Moreover, you should be having a better “history” of trading on Ebay and sellers appreciate that other customers were also satisfied of their transactions with you.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

      Regards, Fione

Has anybody seen any software that will unlock a Motorola mobile phone without cables?
Heard a rumour of some software called \’Mototools 6\’ that will unlock without cables.
Anybody used this software, does it exist?
Sorry if posting in wrong section, new to this. Thanks in advance for any help.
