I wish to add in the tip of Not Monitoring your search engine ranking results. So, after you have submitted to the search engines, you should check your website tracker / hosting statistics and view which search engines are bringing in more traffic.

If you notice a fall in the visitors, then you should recheck your website position in search engines rankings again and then update your website.
