This is my 2nd Chinese New Year in Hong Kong. Last year i was in the Causeway Bay's New Year Fair (like our pasar malam but really huge). This year, i went to the Sham Sui Po & Mongkok Flower Market to buy lots of flowers.

Ranging from tulips, lilies, carnations, sunflowers, & oriental flowers like "sui sin", and more. I initially wanted to even buy roses but some "feng shui" experts advised against placing flowers with thorns at home. Therefore, i bought several bouquets in red, pink, orange and yellow too!

Have you decorated your home with flowers?

Regards, Fione
