A website section can be a blog and most blogs are using blog softwares like wordpress or blogger
- while for a website, they are developed normally using Dreamweaver o the FrontPage

HTML and PDF are file formats. Eg if your website is in HTM then it can be say www.eonenet.com/system_register.htm while if you have a document saved as Adobe PDF format (disallows others from copying / editing the contents so easily) then the file can be uploaded online as /filename.pdf instead of filename.htm or html
