The holiday season accounts for about 30% of the annual online sales for e-tailers. Here is a list of the Top 5 ways for you to skyrocket your online sales during this period:
#1: Run a contest
Run a sweepstake or contest in your site for signing up for your enewsletter, giving away your products as prizes. One good example is the eOneNet Blog contest giving away the new Apple iPhone. If you are selling services, e.g. facial or slimming, you can give away free trial offers to those who signed up as your member.
#2 Give a e-Coupon
We all love freebies and discounts. Offer e-coupon with a discount or a dollar value to purchase your products.
#3 Sell gift cards
This is a very popular sales surge tactics in the U.S. but not many Asia e-tailers are using this, which can substantially increase sales. Some e-tailers offer online gift cards for use online only whereas some are merging the use of online gift cards for both online and offline purchase.
#4. Send holiday promotions emails to website members
Make special holiday offers and discounts and email to your website member list. You can get instant sales from just sending one email. But NO SPAMS please. If you don’t have a list yet, find other websites which do have a member list and which share a similar target audience, and negotiate with them for a joint promotion to be sent to their lists.
#5 Offer Free Shipping
Survey has also shown free shipping to substantially increase online sales and conversion rate. You may offer limited time free shipping during holiday season and for order to be made before a certain date (to ensure that your product will arrive before the holiday), and subject to purchase of a miniumum amount.

watches are cool but nowadays i think it serves more of an accessory rather than a tool for telling time. since we have handphones, mo3 players on the go that include the time-telling function as well. needless to say a clock to look at the time when at home. it is good though to target at watch lovers.
how about giving watch accessories instead? these will greatly complement the watches that the customers have bought from u.

Yes what yingz mentioned above is also a good idea. You can think of what type of other benefits your watch offer (as you mentioned only authentic watch)?
And announce your offer / promotion in various online blogs & websites so more can get the word across.
