Internet Marketing Coach Vs Olympics Coach

Why World’s No.1 Guojingjing (3 times Olympic Gold winner for diving!) still needs and got a coach? Should she know how to dive better than anyone in the world?
Her coach may not dive better than her. However, the coach can guide her to improve her performance, to correct any mistakes she might make. After all, even World’s No.1 is not God and like everyone of us, can make mistakes, or there are something that she still hasn’t learned, right?
So what makes a perfect Olympic coach for the World’s No.1?
1. The coach should have perfect or close to perfect skills and knowledge for the specific area, or otherwise, how can he /she coach others to achieve greater heights?
2. The coach should know how to teach and coach.
3. The coach should motivate and support whenever necessary.
On the other hand, the coachee must be coachable, and put his / her ego aside to abide by the coach’s instructions.
Is this similar to an Internet marketing coach ?

We are not in level of olympic players but we put this as our target in internet marketing. Of course, we already have our coach with us who can give appropriate advice whenever we need them.
