Internet Marketing China Seminars by eOneNet

I returned to Beijing again last week, to participate in the first Hong Kong Brand Expo held in one of the Beijing Convention Centres.
By the way, there are at least 3 convention centres in Beijing, with strikingly similar names. You will need to be sure of the exact address, as none of the taxi drivers I encountered would know which convention centre I was referring to, and they wouldn’t bother to ask and would just bring you to whichever place they wanted to.
Day 1 of the expo held in last Thursday was very quiet. However, after the event was covered in Beijing TV and CCTV, and some newspapers the next day, the expo was swamped with visitors on Sat.
The best selling products were Hong Kong milk tea (selling for RMB20 per cup) with a long queue from beginning till the end of each day, fish balls, and HK egg tarts.
However, there was heavy snow on Sunday, which has reduced the no. of visitors substantially.
I had one speaking slot each day to present on how to sell online and get customers from overseas and earned USD. I note that most people in China, when you talk to them about making money online, they only know about taobao and alibaba. None of them have the experience of selling to overseas and let alone earning USD. So we managed to sell off all the seminar tickets for a seminar we would conduct on 4 Nov at Beijing JiangGuo Hotel.
In this Beijing Internet marketing seminar, the China participants listened attentively how we sold our products and stuffs online to customers worldwide, and earned USD, S$, Euros, HK$. We also shared how are we different from taobao and alibaba.
