eBiz Solution Network Malaysia and Linda Lee Chye Yen Being Claimed for Breach of Copyright

Friday, November 18th, 2011

Posted by Harrace, Chief Consultant and Legal Consultant, eOneNet.com

eOneNet sent a letter of demand on 16 November, 2011 by its lawyer Messrs. Azri, Lee Swee Seng & Co to eBiz Network Solution, and Linda Lee Chye Yen, an ex-eOneNet Internet marketing coaching student, claiming against them for breach of copyright for eOneNet’s coaching materials and breach of undertaking for non-disclosure of eOneNet’s materials.

eOneNet is the proprietor and copyright owner of all the copyright works produced by us in the first Internet marketing coaching course in Malaysia in 2003 and has reserved all the copyrights in the materials, whether in any format given to all the students and participants of the course.

Further, under the coaching registration agreement, all the students undertook not to teach, share and in anyway disclose our materials whether for remuneration or not, and can only use the materials for their own business.

It came to our attention that from time to time, some ex-students in Malaysia and Hong Kong blatantly disregarded the undertaking and agreement and in bad faith are dislosing, sharing, and even teaching our materials to the public at a much lower rate than that charged by eOneNet. Most people understand” you get what you paid for” and can differentiate the real deal from the “me too” replica one.  However, there are still some minority of people who may just think about money and ended up being misled and suffered loss and damage.

Enough is enough. eOneNet is now taking legal action against  these people to protect not just our copyrights but also the public from being misled into believing they were the copyright owner and creator of these materials and were qualified to teach.

Beware! eOneNet.com Website Was Hacked!

Thursday, August 25th, 2011

eOneNet.com website got hacked and duplicated with Fake domain name

After receiving a few complaints that eOneNet is sending out gaming emails, we found that our website was hacked, and duplicated exactly our website www.eOneNet.com with other domain name

Although the website is a duplicate of eOneNet.com, the fake domain names can be easily identified as they appear in the Internet browser.

The fake domain name even duplicated eOneNet’s contact form and programming.
Fake domain name duplicated eOneNet contact us form
Now that eOneNet is getting so famous in Asia, beware of other people who will use eOneNet brand names, or look alike web pages to do cheating.

Tuesday, July 3rd, 2007

Posted by Harrace, Senior Internet Marketing Coach

While I was on board Singapore Airlines this afternoon flying from Hong Kong to Singapore, I noticed an ad in Strait Times promoting another Internet Marketing seminar. What caught my attention was the headline of the ad, part of which was substantially similar to the headline of the Internet marketing seminar ad eOneNet has been using since 2003.

The relevant part of the headline was “…How You Can Start Your Own Internet Business And Make Real Money Online …..” whereas our headline is: (more…)

Wednesday, December 20th, 2006

Posted by Harrace, Internet marketing coach

Further to the alleged copyright infringement for my Yumiko t-back video posting in this blog, the infringing website has since deleted the infringing web page.

However, I’ve found out how to complain to Google for copyright infringement after some searches done in Google, and this morning, I’ve written a letter of complaint.

Breach of Copyright for my “Yumiko t-back video” Posting

Sunday, December 17th, 2006

Posted by Harrace

After I posted the Yumiko t-back video article  on 12 December, I discovered a no. of things happened, surprisingly.

No.1, some shameless guy has copied the majority of the contents of my postings in his blog, including the reference to Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction, and my question “So do you think (this incident) is an intentional publicity stunt or merely an accident? ”
