eBiz Solution Network Malaysia and Linda Lee Chye Yen Being Claimed for Breach of Copyright

eOneNet sent a letter of demand on 16 November, 2011 by its lawyer Messrs. Azri, Lee Swee Seng & Co to eBiz Network Solution, and Linda Lee Chye Yen, an ex-eOneNet Internet marketing coaching student, claiming against them for breach of copyright for eOneNet’s coaching materials and breach of undertaking for non-disclosure of eOneNet’s materials.
eOneNet is the proprietor and copyright owner of all the copyright works produced by us in the first Internet marketing coaching course in Malaysia in 2003 and has reserved all the copyrights in the materials, whether in any format given to all the students and participants of the course.
Further, under the coaching registration agreement, all the students undertook not to teach, share and in anyway disclose our materials whether for remuneration or not, and can only use the materials for their own business.
It came to our attention that from time to time, some ex-students in Malaysia and Hong Kong blatantly disregarded the undertaking and agreement and in bad faith are dislosing, sharing, and even teaching our materials to the public at a much lower rate than that charged by eOneNet. Most people understand” you get what you paid for” and can differentiate the real deal from the “me too” replica one. However, there are still some minority of people who may just think about money and ended up being misled and suffered loss and damage.
Enough is enough. eOneNet is now taking legal action against these people to protect not just our copyrights but also the public from being misled into believing they were the copyright owner and creator of these materials and were qualified to teach.
