Train the Trainer Seminar Creates More Certified Professional Trainers

Saturday, February 27th, 2010

Posted by Harrace, Senior Internet marketing coach, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Asia

eOneNet.com and Quest are now conducting another train the trainer program in Hong Kong, with a whopping 80% of the students being eOneNet’s successful Internet marketing coaching graduates.  So other than creating different sources of income using the Internet, they can also make a decent earning as a certified professional trainer.

More than a mere train the trainer program, this is the only program which teaches how to build a training business, instead of just working as an in-house trainer, which will have greater earning potential and more flexibility of time.

To be a successful trainer, one should also master Internet marketing techniques, which can bring the trainer business both locally and globally, and help the trainer to build a brand online, such as Fione’s website at www.fionetan.com , her blog, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.

For those who have attended Asia’s best Internet marketing coaching program with eOneNet and best train the trainer program with Quest, it’s proven that the sky is the limit!

Internet Marketing Coach Live Webcast from Hong Kong

Monday, May 26th, 2008

Posted by Harrace, Senior Internet Marketing Coach

With the availability of technology now (which is free to use), I conducted a seminar over the Internet via webcast to a group of train-the-trainer participants in Malaysia yesterday.

For the benefit of newbies, webcast is like video conferencing performed via the Internet. The speaker and the audience located in different places can see and hear each other talk.

In the past, we will need to do this by renting video conference facilities which cost a few thousand dollars per hour. But now, this can be done free on the Internet! What you need is to have a headset microphone (like the e1Net headset microphone you can purchase on our site at US$12 per piece or US$18 for one pair only) and to download Skype.

My presentation was “Building a Million Dollar Training Business Via Internet Marketing”.

The participants were from the Malaysia Train-the-Trainer Program conducted by the Quest Group and personally trained by KC See.

I shared eOneNet’s experience of building a multi-million dollar regional company via training, and selling various products, some related to our business of Internet marketing and some totally unrelated.

At the same time, Fione Tan was doing a live seminar entitled: 1 Day Web 2.0 for Millionaires with a group of 50 participants in our KL computer lab, which reveals new ways of Internet marketing using web 2.0 websites, such as FaceBook, MySpace, YouTube, also known as social media marketing. This seminar is currently only available in Malaysia and Singapore.

Hong Kong Train the Trainer Reveals Seminar Marketing Secrets

Sunday, May 4th, 2008

Posted by Harrace, Senior Internet marketing coach

What an exciting and fun-filled 2nd weekend for the 1st run of Certified Professional Trainers in Hong Kong, jointly organised by Quest Group and eOneNet.com!

Other than organising this class, I also have the privilege of attending the class as a participant, which is an eye opener for me, even though I’ve been a trainer doing Internet marketing coaching for more than 8 years.

One of the things that I learned is there are 5 levels of trainers. The levels are categorised accordingly to their ability to help participants make change, and to measure and deliver results.

Level 1 trainers are “Happy Sheet” trainers, which assess the participants by getting them to fill up a questionnaire to find out whether they are “happy” at the end of the training (such as to the program materials, the trainer skills, the food etc)

Many of the trainers in Asia who have been in this field for many years are only Level 1 trainers, which is called the “Happy Sheet” trainer. But they don’t measure results after the training.

I also started off as a Level 1 trainer 8 years old. Now I am moving towards the Level 5, the highest level which can measure and deliver return on investments (ROI) on the training program. More importantly, I learned the detailed system how to achieve this goal.

Do you agree there is a difference between a good trainer and a better trainer? Even a greater difference between a good one from a great one?  After attending this class, I’ve got the system to further enhance and improve eOneNet’s Internet marketing coaching program so as to help the participants create even better results.

Let’s hear what some other participants have to say:

Christopher Tam, Aspiring Black Belt Six Sigma Trainer

Henrietta Woo, Manager of Training company

Rufus Yeung, Management Trainer
