How to Choose the Best Internet Marketing Course?

Friday, September 23rd, 2011

Internet marketing queen, Fione Tan free internet marketing tips.

How to Choose the Best Internet Marketing Course?

Internet marketing seminars, website workshops and social media talks are popular events nowadays. In a recent discussion at www.Facebook.com/eOneNet, we asked our members, “If given a choice, which would you choose, a higher priced Original Chanel bag, or a look-alike-Chanel fake bag at a cheap price?”

The common answer, buy the Original as it’s a guarantee of quality and it’s authentic!

The similar idea can be placed on the internet marketing seminars in the market nowadays. With the tips below, you can choose the best internet marketing course, for yourself.

1. Is there a company and a team of support?
Ask about the company, do they have their own office or merely use a virtual office, or an event’s company office? To run a successful internet marketing course, there should be also be support from a team of full time staff, not just freelancers.

eOneNet.com operate out of our self-purchased Grade A office in Kuala Lumpur, and even have offices in Hong Kong and China. The full time staff includes a team of professional IT personnel.

Warning : In some instances, there is not even a company involved, and merely some individuals working at home. The “fly by night internet marketing gurus” can easily disappear overnight.

Internet Marketing Coach : Fione Tan

How has your business strategy for increasing company sales, or your personal goal of making more money this year worked out? It’s already April and you only have 8 months left to reach your target!

During a networking event, I was talking to a well-known chain store of retailer and he was complaining how high the rental costs have gone up, but even with the increased expenses (from increased staff costs, increased rental), he was not earning the equivalent rate of sales increment. As a matter of fact, he found it difficult as he had to spend more money, to get the same sales!

One of the fastest and low-cost effective methods to increase your income is definitely via the Internet, and he was amazed to see the Internet has changed the business environment throughout the world. With just a 1 website, you can do business globally, even from the comfort of your home, on 24 hour basis. Being a veteran in business, he too was eager to start improving his website sales and has signed a consultation package with me.

How about you? Interested to start your part-time internet business, or boost your website sales?

Business Magazine Interviews Fione Tan – Internet Marketing Success Story

Thursday, March 5th, 2009

The interview in March 1-15th edition of the Malaysian business, has featured Fione Tan in a 2 page article, sharing her success as the best Internet Marketing personality.

Being Successful

Malaysia Business, Mar 1-15, 2009

FOR SOMEONE WHO SET UP HER own company at the tender age of 21 and quite terrified of being a CEO, Fione Tan has certainly come a long way.

Today the company Tan founded in 2000, eOneNet.com Sdn Bhd provides one-stop Online Marketing services & Internet Marketing Training for multinational companies as well as home business entrepreneurs, and has offices in three countries.

And last December she was recognised as one of the top 10 women entrepreneurs during the National Women Entrepreneurs Award.

‘It’s such a privilege to be featured among the top Malaysian women entrepreneurs, some of whom who have already been successfully in business for decades. Moreover, the chance to be presented with the Certificate of Recognition by the Raja Permaisuri Agong was definitely one of the most unforgettable experiences for me,’ she says.

The recognition, she adds, spurs her to scale new heights and to overcome whatever challenges.

Tan sits down with mb-e to share her experiences and hopes.

Malaysia First National Women Entrepreneurs Award - Madam Chair - Fione Tan

“Being Successful – Malaysia Business – Fione Tan”

Q: You started eOneNet.com at the tender age of 21. Do you think starting a business at a fairly young age give you an advantage?

Tan: Personally, starting at a young age definitely has given me an advantage. At the very beginning I was in the spotlight of then new and raising industry and as a young and upcoming Internet player in Malaysia I received unprecedented media attention and publicity that helped to build the brand and market for my company.

On the other hand, being young, it was actually quite terrifying to carry the title of CEO, especially when I didn’t have any business background whatsoever (Tan grew up in a medium income family where both parents were hardworking employees). However, I received a great confident booster by surrounding myself around positive thinkers and creative entrepreneurs.

Today, most of the clients are rather fascinated that I could have done so much in such short period of time. Now they are eager to listen to my ideas on how to boost their business sales further.

Q: Today your company is considered one of Asia’s Top Internet Marketing companies. To reach this stage, you would certainly be facing many challenges. What are some of the major ones that you have overcome?

Tan: In the beginning, I did not have any technical know-how to steer the company forward. But I made it up with the drive to succeed. I was willing to ask and learn via “practical” experience. It’s easy to read about certain tasks on books, but doing it in a real world would be the best way to learn.

Initially when I started eOneNet.com, among the challenges included certain basic steps such as how to get started, how to get a website designed, what were the steps to accept online payment, and how to get customers coming to the website.

You can buy the Malaysian Business magazine in leading bookstores and newsstands across Malaysia.

Internet Marketing Coach Answer: What is your success rate?

Friday, December 12th, 2008

Posted by Harrace, Senior Internet marketing coach

I was in Singapore last weekend with Fione and our Singapore team conducting our popular 1 Day Web 2.0 for Millionaires Seminar.

One of the most frequently asked questions from the participants, in particular for this group in Singapore is : What is your success rate?

If we send our kid to be admitted into a primary school, secondary school, or even university, would we ask the school the question: What is your success rate?

However, how come some of us tend to ask this question when we are considering to join a course or program?

It’s the FEAR OF FAILURE!

I didn’t ask this question when I joined the Money Mastery Program back in 1999 when I met Fione. It was because I always have ample self-confidence. Whether the success rate is 90%  or 10% is irrelevant to me as long as I have confidence in myself. However, for those who don’t have enough self-confidence, even a success rate of 90% won’t help.

So my answer to this question for eOneNet’s Internet marketing coaching program is:

The success rate is 100% for those who follow eOneNet’s system and coaching instructions and take the necessary action persistently, as by doing so, they are bound to make money online, as to how much, this would depend on their goal and how much effort they put in.

I can provide many examples of success stories. However, no matter how many success stories I quoted, some of you may still think that only the top can make money online, which is far from the truth.

I was in Johor Bahru conducting a seminar the following Sunday. One eOneNet coaching graduate came back to share with us. He started a new blog in June and until November, he has already made RM18,000 for the tips and coaching he charged from his blog, not to mention the Google AdSense and other income from his blog, and he has got top rankings for many of his keywords in Google and Yahoo.  But fast track 9 months ago, he thought of giving up. His name is CY Lee, and his future trading tips blog is www.1futurestradingtips.com

For those who think they know and fail to follow our system and instructions, the success rate is less than 5%.

So what is your choice – 100% or 5%?

Fione Tan in the National Woman Entrepreneurs Award 08 Tonight

Friday, December 5th, 2008

Posted by Harrace, Senior Internet Marketing Coach

Wow, Fione is selected as one of the finalists in the National Woman Entrepreneurs Award 2008!  This is the first national award endorsed jointly by three Ministries (The Ministry of International Trade and Industry, the Small & Medium Industries Development Corporation, and the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Co-operative Development) to recognise the women entrepreneurs’ achievements in Malaysia.

Fione is among one of the top 10 finalists who will be vying for the awards which will be presented by the Queen of Malaysia in the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel this evening.

I just attended a press conference this morning for this event announcing the finalists, each of whom are the leaders in their respective industries, and some of them have been in business for more than 30 years!

I can gather the common qualities of these successful woman entrepreneurs from their inspiring speeches, which include:

- Taking risks. Most of them quit their secured jobs and started their own business from scratch, and very often with no or little money.

- Facing challenges and hardship. Most of them encountered hardship and difficulties, such as lack of start-up funding and business experience, not to mention some specific challenges relating to women, which are often looked down by the male counterpart in Malaysia. However, they all managed to overcome the challenges and move forward with their vision

- Persistence. In the opening remarks by YBhg Datuk Ir Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid, Chairman of SMIDEC, he talked about 3 different categories of entrepreneurs – successful entrepreneurs, struggling entrepreneurs, and giving up entrepreneurs. This Award is about successful entrepreneurs, which have become successful, not because of they haven’t been struggling, but because they are persistent and have this “Never say die” attitutude, which made them different and successful.

So being a successful entrepreneur is not an easy mission, let alone being one of the top entrepreneurs in Malaysia.

But to be a successful entrepreneur, it’s not about money, lack of business experience, or education. If you have some of the above qualities, welcome to be an entrepreneur!

Salute to Fione and all the finalists and let them be inspiring role models for all those who want to be successful!
