It has been nearly one year since eOneNet conducted the last Internet marketing seminar in Penang. This place didn’t seem to have changed. The food was still great!

One of the participants in the seminar knew Fione back in 2003 when she was a contestant representing Penang in the Miss Malaysia World Pageant. At that time, we were managing the website and even got our own subsidiary title Miss eOneNet! She is now very interested to learn how to make money online and is considering to purchase our Internet marketing video to learn at home while getting Fione’s online coaching.

Another participant got to know Fione via the National Entrepreneur Conference in KL early this year during which Fione was the speaker presenting on the topic of Internet business. She has waited for us to attend our seminar in Penang for nearly 6 months! At the end of the seminar, without a second thought, she decided to join our next coaching class in KL.

There was also one participant who has been doing the Internet business for more than 2 years, and have attended other Internet marketing seminar including Derek Gehl’s seminar. However, his income was not that satisfactory, even though he is now working on the Internet business full time for more than 10 hours per day.

He said his friend who attended this seminar with him subsequently joined eOneNet’s Internet marketing coaching program and after that his friend’s results improved progressively. So he is confident that our program works and therefore decided to join our next program in September.

This shows that working hard is not enough to make real money on the Internet. Getting the right coach seems to be more important. Otherwise, the time may be spent on doing all the wrong things and making all the mistakes, which could have been avoided by getting the advice of a good Internet marketing coach.

We just had a great internet marketing seminar in Kota Kinabalu last weekend and check out the huge crowd of internet entrepreneurs.

Interestingly, we had a pair of husband & wife participants (who have signed up for our English internet marketing coaching session in Sep 2008) , who attended our Kota Kinabalu internet marketing seminar several years ago. After attending our internet seminar, they attempted to hire their own web designer, programmer and seeked help from website consultants but after years of trying and failing, they were still unable to get the Return on Investments (ROI) on their internet business. They finally decided, it was easier to just learn from eOneNet internet marketing coaching that will give them the tips and strategies towards finding more sales online!

Are there many opportunities for Sabahans or Sarawakians in Internet Business? Definitely yes! I went shopping at the local markets in Kota Kinabalu and found various products with high potential for running a profitable Internet Business. The profit margins between buying in KK versus the selling price of such items in Kuala Lumpur was already more than 600%!  So imagine if you can get hold of such items and sell them online in US$! We’ll be sharing more real products ideas that you can use to resell online (some of them which can be easily be found in your local Asian shopping scene).

After the Kota Kinabalu seminar, we headed to Sutera Harbour resort for a nice holiday (we’ve already stayed in Nexus Karambunai Hotel, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, and Pacific Sutera Harbour Club floor in previous Sabah holidays) as it was located very near the city centre and the Kota Kinabalu hotel.

Air Supply was singing on Monday night at the Magellan Sutera Harbour and how i wished i could have stayed back to enjoy this world-class performance. I settled with a pampering spa massage in the Mandara Spa Villa and ended up buying 2 big bags of spa merchandise before heading back to Kuala Lumpur.

Work and play while making money at the same time is my Internet life-style!

With the availability of technology now (which is free to use), I conducted a seminar over the Internet via webcast to a group of train-the-trainer participants in Malaysia yesterday.

For the benefit of newbies, webcast is like video conferencing performed via the Internet. The speaker and the audience located in different places can see and hear each other talk.

In the past, we will need to do this by renting video conference facilities which cost a few thousand dollars per hour. But now, this can be done free on the Internet! What you need is to have a headset microphone (like the e1Net headset microphone you can purchase on our site at US$12 per piece or US$18 for one pair only) and to download Skype.

My presentation was “Building a Million Dollar Training Business Via Internet Marketing”.

The participants were from the Malaysia Train-the-Trainer Program conducted by the Quest Group and personally trained by KC See.

I shared eOneNet’s experience of building a multi-million dollar regional company via training, and selling various products, some related to our business of Internet marketing and some totally unrelated.

At the same time, Fione Tan was doing a live seminar entitled: 1 Day Web 2.0 for Millionaires with a group of 50 participants in our KL computer lab, which reveals new ways of Internet marketing using web 2.0 websites, such as FaceBook, MySpace, YouTube, also known as social media marketing. This seminar is currently only available in Malaysia and Singapore.

Our 1st Full Day Web 2.0 Internet Marketing workshop in Malaysia was great fun. We had many participants from different industries - doctors, accountants, business consultants, and even entrepreneurs from the airlines industry.

If you are an insurance company who is not employing search engine marketing, you are losing out to your competitors who do!

According to the latest report by comScore, there were nearly 9 million searches for the keyword “auto insurance quotes” in search engines, which is an increase of 35% in 2007!

This does not include other related insurance quotes keywords such as “car insurance quotes”, “insurance quotes”, or even “life insurance quotes”, “health insurance quotes” etc.

b) for B2B - Sell products which corporate buyers are already looking for. It doesn’t matter if you are not a manufacturer or wholesaler. You can just be a trading agent.
