Wow, there’s lots of people at Tsim Tsa Tsui, Hong Kong. Tonight, there is a concert at Canton Road, just in front of the Harbour City Shopping Mall. “Wyners” was the main singers of the night, and this concert event was estimated at the cost of HK$10 million.

Saturday, December 23rd, 2006

Posted by Fione Tan, Internet marketing coach

In Hong Kong, you can meet celebrities rather easily. 2 days ago, I met Paco, the man who’s behind many successful singers such as Joey Yung. Then yesterday, guess who I met?

I met Yumiko in Hong Kong

Yes, it’s Yumiko! Is this the law of attraction as we’ve made a few postings about her in this blog last week?

Maritime Square Mall @ Tsing Yi, Hong Kong

Monday, November 27th, 2006

The Maritime Square Mall at Tsing Yi station can be accessed via the Tung Chung subway line or the Airport Express rail.

There are many selections of dining and shopping choices. I visited this shopping mall about 3 weeks ago on my way back to the airport.

See how delighted i get when it’s “food time”. One of my favourite past time is having Dim Sum or in Hong Kong, what they call as “yum cha” - meaning enjoying tea.

Delicious Japanese Dessert Ice-Cream in Hong Kong

Monday, November 27th, 2006

One of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong is Azabu Sabo. Most of their restaurants have a nice display of food “replica” (mock ups of their ramen and ice-cream).

You can try the unique noodles selections like the pumpkin sauce cold udon or its wasabi dressing salad.

Here’s one my favourite ice-cream dessert here, and expect to pay about HK$40 for each dessert.

I’ve just found out that they’ve got their first outlet in Singapore too. You can check it out at Marina Square, #02-170 / 171.

Fione’s home in Hong Kong – The Arch residences

Wednesday, October 18th, 2006

I was having lunch with a friend last Friday, and he was asking me where I stayed in Hong Kong. It’s normal to first ask are you in Kowloon side or the Hong Kong side. I replied Kowloon and then he asked me the location. I didn’t think that he’d really know where it was so I just told him it’s just above the Kowloon airport check-in station (something like our KL sentral apartments area, but it’s nearer here in Hong Kong). He became so excited about the property, and had so much more information about this property than me… as this was what many people have called the Miracle story for the Hong Kong property, with penthouses upstairs being sold for HK$150 million each… yes, we could buy the whole “village” and name it eOneNet or something if I used that type of money in Malaysia….
