As we were finishing the Asia internet marketing coaching session on Sunday, the business owners and entrepreneurs started to sing a Birthday song for Harrace, one of the internet marketing coaches.

Harrace looks younger and younger each year, so i’m sure he’s enjoying his internet business more than his original professional background in law.

After a fruitful business trip to Singapore, I flew back to Hong Kong today just in time to catch the National Day of China - 58th Anniversary!

I grabbed the opportunity to shoot the video of the Hong Kong fireworks, the most impressive in the history of fireworks, as there were more than 23,000 pieces of fireworks shooting up Victoria Harbour. I viewed the fireworks from my home, the Arch, which has a magnificient view of the Harbour. One of the special fireworks was “8″, which represented 2008 Olympics to be held in China.

Google will be creating waves for Internet marketing in Singapore. Just read in the Straits Times that Google is poised for a tangible presence in Asia, specifically in Singapore.

Below is the partial reproduction of the news article from the Singapore Straits Times. Certain parts have been rephrased for editorial purposes.

In the near future, the world will get to use Google products developed in Singapore as the internet giant moves to set up a Research & Development centre here. The move by the industry giant is a coup for the island republic, which is branding itself as the region’s technology hub. This news comes after Google confirmed earlier this month that they will be opening a sales office here to beef up on its local advertising services to local and regional advertisers.

The centre-Google’s first in South-east Asia, signals its foray into tailoring its search engines and advertisements for the region.

Wow, the Year of Boar (the animal sign for this Chinese New Year) has arrived!

We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very HAPPY & PROSPEROUS CHINESE NEW YEAR!

Here are some good fortune Chinese greetings with the word “boar (豬)” in Chinese.

• 豬籠入水 (boar cage filled with water, i.e. with a lot of money pouring in)
• 豬肥屋潤 (boar fat and house fertiled, i.e. with a lot of valuable house contents)

Google is in the process of freeing up their email restrictions to accept all comers, nearly 3 years after they shook up the internet world by offering users an unprecedented amount of free storage and displaying ads based on contents of the correspondences.

According to a report in the Singapore’s Straits Times on Feb 13, 2007, marketers who send unsolicited emails and SMS messages will soon have to label their messages clearly or risk facing legal action from consumers.

After consultation with legislators and experts in the field, the Bill was introduced in Parliament on 12 Feb 2007, essentially making Singapore one of the countries to join in a global effort to cut down spamming which was estimated to have cost Singapore businesses  some S$23m in productivity loss each year! I’ve always been fascinated by tornados since young and I actually liken eOneNet’s Internet Marketing Coaching to a Level 5 Tornado! The buildup was tense and steady, building up to a crescendo of activities that threaten to overwhelm all the staffs involved. Only this tornado is one that every one of the staff is waiting for in great anticipation!

Hi, Winnie here! Or you can call me Pooh too. But I’m not the winnie the pooh! A lot of people thought that I liked winnie the pooh so much that’s why I choose this name. NO, when I choose this name I don’t even know there’s such a character . . . Coincidently, I also like winnie the pooh & of course his buddies too, like tigger, eeyore, piglet. I have collected lots of their soft toys and they are now occupying my entire cupboard! My mum always said I can open a shop selling toys in the future! Hmmmm. . .it’s a good idea.
