Our successful website entrepreneurs from our advanced internet marketing coaching program have been featured in The Star newspaper today, Aug 14, 2007. Here are the details of the story called “Success Story”

Can a normal person really make money online? Do you need to be a technical whiz or become a proven brand before you can attempt to sell on the Internet?

Let’s take a look at the current internet situation. The largest region with Internet users is now Asia, with internet users listed at 399 million as of March 2007 (source : Nielsen NetRatings), followed by Europe then America.

The trend for online shopping is topping all time highs and there will be even more transactions in the years to come.

What is Internet Marketing or Internet Business?

Doing business on the Internet is similar to doing business offline. Transactions are made when the seller can provide a value to the buyer. This is not just limited to selling digital products like ebooks or softwares, but it also encompasses trading of products and services.

Through the various internet marketing training & website coaching, many have become multi-millionaires via the Internet.

Here are some success stories and how it came about.

Ryan Li, became a full- time internet business entrepreneurs in just a couple of months. He attended the US$2,400+ Internet Marketing Coaching, with no ideas and no products. So, how did he turn things around?

Last weekend, i received a sms from a friend congratulating me for appearing on the front cover of the Malaysian Today newspaper. I was surprised that the interview was already out and rushed to grab a copy, but didn’t expect to be placed on the front cover of the newspaper.

Here is the cover story write up.

She put all her “loves” together, started her business, and is now loving every minute of her life.

She loves shopping. She wanted a job that earned her money even when she wasn’t working. She is always on the Net.

These things became motivation for 29-year-old Fione Tan to start a business and reach for the skies.

At 22, she started her Internet company. It is currently the number one Internet marketing coaching company in the world. Google is testimony to this. Just type Internet marketing coaching and the search engine will show Fione Tan’s name right up there.

Tan also has several innovative IT products she retails online.

On setting up her business, the Jinjang-born US graduate told herself she’d get a million ringgit in five years. But barely two years down the line, she had already achieved that dream.

“Since then I’ve been getting more every month,” she chirps gleefully.

Naturally, this has helped her indulge in her shopping activities.

“I just love to shop. A day before my recent wedding in Hong Kong, I was still shopping around for clothes. And I was in town until 10pm and bought about six gowns.”

But being young and very rich has its drawbacks. People don’t treat you seriously, especially when you are about to buy something very expensive.

“When I walked into automobile showroom and looked around, no sales person bothered to entertain me. And when one finally came my way, and I asked him how much a particular BMW model – the latest of its kind - cost, he gave me this incredible look that seemed to say: “You must be kidding me! Why are you wasting my time?”

“Then I took out my cheque book and the look on his face was priceless.”

Tan admits that it’s nice having a business and doing what she’s always wanted to do; what she’s really passionate about.

“… but it’s even better when you find money being banked into your account while you’re on a holiday.”

When it happened the first time, the amount was US$6,000. Needless to say, it launched her onto cloud nine. Tan’s gotten used to this occurrence since.

Tan started her business with a friend. Together they made the CEO – which was she – and the chief consultant of the company.

As they didn’t have enough money to get the company going, they found some shareholders who gave them US$26,000 based on their “simple proposal on four sheets of black and white A-4 size paper.

The results of Hong Kong Certificate Exam (equivalent to secondary school graduation exam) was released today. The media’s focus was on those who achieved 10 A or 9A. The youngest one who achieved 9 A is a girl aged 14, which is a Hong Kong record. And there are 10 students who scored 10A.

These students are of course exhilarated, and so are their parents, as this is their ticket to admitting to Form 6. On the other hand, most of those who didn’t score A were disappointed and frustrated.

But do you need to score A, to be a millionaire? Definitely not!

Even a lot of billionaires like the World’s richest person (Bill Gates), or Asia’s richest person (Lee Ka Shing) didn’t even finish school, let alone scoring A!

On the contrary, many of those who scored A would end up working for those who didn’t score A. So even if you scored A, this is not a guarantee for your future success. On the other hand, if you didn’t score A, it doesn’t mean you cannot be more successful.

So what’s the difference between the super successful and the miserable? It’s definitely not due to the score. It’s a matter of goal setting and taking effective and persistent action to work towards achieving your goals.

If you are a regular reader of this blog, you will discover some students have become successful Internet entrepreneurs and are making more money than those working in the corporate world. If they can do it, why can’t you?

One of our Internet marketing coaching participants from Penang who attended our coaching 3 years ago called us last week, asking us to book him a seat for last weekend’s coaching as he wanted to re-sit. We just charged him a nominal fee of US$350 for the 2 day training.

When he was in the class, I asked how he was doing since he attended our class 3 years ago. His reply surprised me!

“After attending the coaching 3 years ago, just using and understanding the knowledge and meaning of driving targeted traffic to my website, I have been successul to draw a few millions of RMB of business to my website,” Oi Tian Lee, www.processpneumatics.com

A common question for eOneNet’s Internet marketing coaching is “What is your success rate?”

If you ask this question, you may think that if the success rate is high, then your chance of success if participating in this program would also be high, and vice versa. However, there is fallacy in this thinking. If the success rate is 90%, it doesn’t mean your success rate is 90%. Similarly, if the success rate is 10%, it doesn’t mean your success rate is only 10%.

In my opinion, the better way to look at this issue, which is your chance of success, depends on the following factors:

1. Your focus and commitment

2. Your persistence

3. Your passion for making money online

4. Your skills in making money online

5. Proper coaching from an experienced Internet marketing coach who is also a practitioner, not just a teacher.

For points 1 - 3 above, it depends on YOU. For points 4 or 5, you can depend on the coach. We are able to guarantee the skills that you learn from us are cutting edge and practical skills and the same skills we have been using to sell million of dollars of products, services, and information, consistently and persistently each year.

We are also able to guarantee that the coaching, support, and online tools you are going to receive from us are second to none compared to other “me-too” Internet marketing coaching programs in this region, or probably even worldwide.

Another common question is “How much money can I make after the coaching?”

It depends on your goal, the products you want to sell, whether you want to do B2B or B2C, and your time and commitment.

Making a few hundred dollars (US) a month does not require much effort. Making a few thousand dollars a month or more may require slightly more effort and a high priced product.

Take the example of Oi above, he made a few million dollars after the coaching is not surprising because he is doing B2B. He didn’t need many orders for him to make one million dollars. The reason I was surprised to hear that initially was because I had never heard from him since he attended the coaching 3 years ago.

The online market is an ocean of abundance. Whether you want to make a few hundred dollars or a few million dollars, it’s up to you. It requires no more effort (maybe working an extra couple of hours a day) to make more money. The skills you apply are pretty much the same.
